Delete your ReLoc account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open ReLoc on your iPhone or Android phone and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Delete account.
3. Type DELETE and tap Permanently delete my account.

Your account is deleted immediately.

By email

Email hello@relocapp.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm within 7 days that it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account, sign-in and profile
• Your journey: route, Mission Briefing answers and roadmap
• Your checklist progress, XP and badges
• Your captured email address and marketing consent

What is kept, and for how long

If you paid for ReLoc Elite, records of those payments are kept by us and by our payment processor (Stripe) for as long as tax and accounting law requires — typically up to 7 years. They are not used for anything else. If you have an active Elite subscription, cancel it first so you are not billed again.

Without an account

If you used the app without signing in, your journey lives only on your device. Uninstalling the app removes it.
