Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS in the ap-south-1 region. We implement row-level security and encryption at rest. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
ReLoc uses minimal cookies for session management and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

The ReLoc apps for iPhone and Android work without an account. Until you sign in, your route, answers, checklist progress and budget figures are stored only on your device. If you create an account (with email, or Sign in with Apple on iPhone), that journey is stored against your account in the same way as on the website, so it syncs between devices.
The apps contain no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
You can delete your account and its data at any time inside the app (Profile → Delete account), or as described on our account deletion page.
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic Claude (AI features), Apple (Sign in with Apple, if you choose it), Google (Sign in with Google, if you choose it), Stripe (payments for Elite, on the website), and the Apple App Store and Google Play (payments for Elite in the apps). For in-app purchases, Apple or Google processes your payment; we receive only the purchase record needed to confirm your plan (product, transaction ID, status and renewal date), never your card or bank details. Each service operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.
