Starting out, with or without an account

ReLoc is designed to be useful before you sign up for anything.

Starting without an account

Go to Begin your journey, pick where you are moving from and to, and answer the Mission Briefing. You will get your route intelligence, budget and quest without creating an account. Your progress is stored in your browser.

What an account adds

Signing in stores your journey against your account instead of your browser, so:

• your progress survives clearing your browser or changing device
• you can pick the journey back up months later, which matters because relocations take months
• support requests you file are linked to your journey, so you do not have to re-explain your situation

Signing in

You can sign in with an email and password, or with Google. If you sign up with email, confirm the address from the email we send before your first sign-in.

Trouble signing in

If a sign-in is not working, contact support with the email address you used. Never send us your password — we do not need it and will never ask for it.
